NEUE SCHULE VERBINDEND LOOSE RING BIT – 16MM
This dressage legal snaffle is not severe, and encourages the horse to come up through the shoulder and so if you want the horse to come up in front then this bit is a logical choice.
The Neue Schule Verbindend Loose Ring is a mild bit designed to promote self-carriage and straightness by helping to clarify the aids given by the rider through the reins. The Verbindend can help to develop a true outline and freedom through the shoulder. It will also help to eradicate tongue evasions by encouraging the horse to soften and relax through the jaw, accepting the bit and the contact. The ergonomically designed mouthpiece can also help to develop the flexion needed during lateral work and for smaller circles without the horse falling in due to better outside rein control and acceptance.
Neue Schule bits are cast using the precision lost wax foundry process to provide high definition and accuracy of dimensions using the companies own Neue Schule Salox® Gold which is a high copper alloy mix which is used for its high thermal conductivity and anti-tarnishing properties. This metal is designed to quickly reach body temperature and so encourages relaxation and acceptance of the bit which is something stainless steel cannot do to encourage bit acceptance as quickly.
