Bombers Bits Snaffle Full Cheek Bit

The Bomber Snaffle Full Cheek mouthpiece is popular due to the curved mouthpiece which spreads pressure more evenly over tongue and bars. With the offset centre link it will reduce nutcracker action and pressure points on the tongue.

Furthermore, the Fulmer, or commonly known as the Full Cheek cheek piece, will have the same effect as the traditional Eggbutt. As a result, it will prevent pinching on the sides of the mouth.

However, the elongated pins above and below the bit, firstly prevent the bit being pulled through the mouth and secondly have the effect of guiding the horse’s head which is excellent for schooling and training objectives.
