Bombers Bits Buster Roller Full Cheek Bit

The Buster Roller Full Cheek is a fabulous bit for schooling. The link in the middle is shortened to 40mm increasing bar and tongue pressure making the bit sharper than conventional link bits. 

The elevated pressure on the bar will lift the head. The roller will increase pressure on the tongue tucking the chin in. Hence, best suited for a horse with a low head carriage and which leans on the bit.

The Fulmer, or commonly known as the Full Cheek cheek piece, will have the same effect as the traditional Eggbutt. As a result, it will stop pinching on the sides of the mouth.

However the elongated pins above and below the bit, firstly prevent the bit being pulled through the mouth and secondly have the effect of guiding the horse’s head which is great for schooling and training objectives.

Additionally, all bomber bits are made from blue sweet iron, because it:

• Oxidises easily.
• Stimulates salivation.
• Helps bit acceptance.
• Is warm and sweet.

Please note the blue will fade with use.
